Audit Preparation - We can assist your Finance Office in preparing for your upcoming audit. We offer assistance to your staff in account reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliations, and correcting financial issues from the prior audits to prevent reoccurring audit findings.
Accounting - We offer the services of providing evaluations on internal controls, recommendations for effective changes to internal controls polices, and assistance with setting up and training on effective internal controls policies and procedures. We provide assistance with adequate procedures for reconciliations of payables and receivables.
Insurance - We can review your insurance packages and your needs to look for savings and proper coverages. This can include your general liability, property coverages, and worker's compensation policies.
Payroll/Federal Tax Law/Title 31 - We can provide assistance to your payroll and accounts payable staff in meeting Federal employment tax and information return reporting requirements. This includes filings and reconciliations of Forms 941, 945, W-2, 1099-MISC, along with meeting deposit due date requirements and avoiding Federal tax penalties.
With respect to Casino issues, we can provide Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act) training, reviewing internal control requirements and written programs required under Title 31, assistance with meeting the Federal tax law reporting requirements for various payouts from patron gaming activities (Forms 1099, W-2G, 1042-S, etc.) and tip income reporting compliance.
Tribal General Welfare Exclusion Act- Tribal Governments have the ability to offer assistance programs to their membership without creating tax consequences or reductions to other state or Federal assistance programs. We can assist you in setting up these programs within compliance of this act.

1st Tribal Lending is comprised of the most experience HUD Section 184 lending team in the nation. Much of our staff has been in the HUD Section 184 industry for greater than ten years. Our underwriters were among the first in the nation to become approved to directly underwrite this loan product.
The 1st Tribal Lending team has successfully closed thousands of HUD Section 184 loans across the nation. Within this amazing volume of lending, loans on the reservation, off the reservation, site-built construction, manufactured homes, and purchases on and off the reservation, and refinances for a multitude of purposes have been successfully funded. Some lenders do only one or two of these options. 1st Tribal can do them all!
